Pregabalin:- Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant drug. It is used to treat neuropathic pain, epilepsy, and nerve pain.

Nortriptyline:- It is antidepressant drug. It is used to treat mental problems such as depression.

Mecobalamin:- It is a form of vitamin B12.

Mode of Action:-

Pregabalin:- Pregabalin is related to the antiepileptic drug gabapentin and the action of both drug is the same, the alpha2–delta protein, an auxiliary subunit of voltage–gated calcium channel. Pregabalin reduces the synaptic release of several neurotransmitters, apparently by binding to alpha2-delta subunits.

Nortriptyline:- It inhibits the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine by the presynaptic neuronal membrane, thereby increasing the concentration of those neurotransmitters in the synapse. It also inhibits the activity of histamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, and acetylcholine.

Mecobalamin:- It works by functioning in the production of a compound called myelin, which covers and protects nerve fiber.
