Composition:- Ofloxacin 200 mg, Ornidazole 500 mg

Ofloxacin:- It is an antibiotic that is useful for the treatment of bacterial infection.

Ornidazole:- It is an antibiotic used to treat some protozoan infections.

Mode of Action:-

Ofloxacin:- It involves inhibition of bacterial topoisomerase IV and DNA gyrase, enzymes required for DNA replication, transcription, repair and recombination.

Ornidazole:- After passive absorption into bacterium cells, the nitro group of ornidazole is reduced to an amine group by Ferredoxins type redox systems. By this process, it kill the microorganism.
