Composition:- Omeprazole 20mg

Omeprazole:- It is a drug that belongs to the class of drugs called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). It is used for the treatment GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), stomach (peptic) and duodenum ulcers.

Mode of Action:-

Omeprazole:- It is selective and irreversible proton pump inhibitor. It suppresses stomach and secretion by specific inhibition of  H+ K+ ATPase system found at the secretory surface of gastric partial cells. The inhibitory effect of omeprazole occurs with in 1 hours after oral administration.
